We live in a world that talks a lot about freedom—freedom to control, freedom to be whoever we want, First Amendment freedom, Second Amendment freedom. But why does the freedom that Jesus offers look like surrender, sacrifice, even loss? This Lent, we’ll climb into stories that break open our assumptions about freedom, as we discover a freedom that no fear, failure, or death can steal.
